As a Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role within the Sales Team to identify acquire and nurture new clients working closely with Albane our COO who leads the Sales division. In this role you will leverage your expertise to drive revenue and contribute strategically to the sales functions growth.
To achieve this goal you will :
Identify and engage with high-potential prospects driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Develop prepare and launch innovative sales and marketing campaigns to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met while proposing strategies to improve sales outcomes.
Lead the optimization of CRM processes and ensure that all interactions with prospects and clients are documented effectively providing insights for future improvements.
Meet with prospects and clients regularly to establish long-term relationships and tailor solutions that meet their business needs.
Prepare presentations and tailored materials to support client meetings and pitches.
Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events across Europe building a strong network and identifying potential business opportunities.
Work closely with the Marketing Product and Operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and enhance client experiences.
