Job Description
Manage and oversee the dishwashing area operations ensuring all areas are clean and meet hygiene standards
Supervise the stewarding team and foster effective team collaboration
Ensure all cleaning procedures are carried out in accordance with established standards
Ensure proper use cleaning and maintenance of all equipment
Use cleaning chemicals appropriately and responsibly
Monitor and control chemical and water consumption
Provide and follow up on training and development activities
Maintain sustainable guest satisfaction by upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ensure awareness and application of hygiene protocols
Monitor and safeguard stocked items and materials
Demonstrate strong communication skills and professional appearance.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in 5-star hotels or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Preferably computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Preferably high school graduate
Holds a valid hygiene certificate
Willing and able to work in shifts and in a dynamic work environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Well-groomed and pays attention to personal hygiene.
