Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a warm well-groomed and customer-focused F&B Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurants at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq Qatar. As a Hostess you will greet guests manage reservations and ensure smooth seating arrangements while delivering a professional and friendly first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests to their tables presenting menus and managing reservations.
- Coordinate table allocations and maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods.
- Assist in restaurant preparation including menu setup and maintaining a clean reception area.
- Respond to guest inquiries about menu special events or restaurant details.
- Communicate special requests or VIP information to the service team.
- Promote a positive restaurant image and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Support the service team with occasional duties as needed.
- Uphold grooming and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in customer-facing hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a guest-first attitude
- Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
- Able to stand for extended periods and maintain professional appearance
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
