Is this role right for you In this role you will:

• Develop Test Strategies for project delivery.
• Develop Test scenarios and queries for In-house developed application DB level and E2E testing scripts
• Execute test plans scenarios scripts or procedures
• Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
• Produce dashboards and reports for sprints or code releases.
• Execute test plans scenarios scripts or procedures
• Develop testing programs that addresses areas such as database impacts software scenarios or usability
• Identify analyze and document problems with program function output online screen or content
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
• Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software developers
• Create or maintain databases of known test defects
• Good understanding of testing standards and methodologies

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role Wed love to work with you if you have:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in a technical field such as computer science computer engineering or related field
• 8 years of hands on UI and Integration (back-end) testing experience
• 8 Prior FI experience required
• 8 years of experience in Test automation
• 8 years experience JIRA Confluence Bitbucket/Git suite and managing test cases test plans using Jira plugins like X-ray or Zephyr.
• Prior Scotiabank experience - asset
• Experience working on end-to-end Software Testing Life Cycle projects- nice to have
