Senior Specialist QA & E

What will you do:

As a Senior QA & E Specialist at CWS Cleanrooms you will be responsible for ensuring all specifications within the integrated management system by continuously maintaining it to improve the quality of products and services.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring product and process quality in collaboration with local management to continuously improve the quality management system;
• Coordination and implementation of internal and external (suppliers customers) audits including the documentation and follow-up of any resulting deviations;
• Ensuring the correct and if necessary independent implementation of validations / qualifications in cooperation with relevant specialist departments;
• Coordination and participation in the context of change control and associated process changes;
• Creation review and approval of quality agreements with customers and suppliers;
• Review and approval of process descriptions and standards;
• Support and Control of local QA & E processes (e.g. CAPAs changes ) and ensuring that the necessary measures are completed on time;
• Tracking of local QA & E processes
• Review of quality agreements with customers & suppliers;
• Own supplier management process;

What do you take with you

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree supplemented by 5 years of experience in quality management;
• You are familiar with ISO certifications (9001/14001/50001)
• Experience in GMP is an advantage;
• Certification as an internal/external auditor is an advantage;
• You would like to immerse yourself in the wonderful world of Cleanrooms;
• As a person we can describe you as assertive analytical and you know how to explain the importance of quality management to others and to take them along in your enthusiasm about this field;
• Speaks good Dutch and English French is an advantage;
• We can describe you as decisive communicatively strong and someone who likes to look for improvement.
• Willing to travel between the laundry in Eindhoven the Netherlands and in Aartselaar Belgium (from January 2026 in Puurs Belgium).
