About the role

This role contributes to the success of the City by providing administrative services and the coordination of Civic events in the Office of the Lord Mayor.

Role accountabilities include:

  • Coordinate Lord Mayors complex schedule including arranging meetings briefings site visits accepting invitations and scheduling Council engagements.
  • Prepare simple correspondence agendas meeting notes PowerPoint presentations and other documents.
  • Follow protocols when they represent the Lord Mayor.
  • Oversee events like the ANZAC Day ceremony and various receptions and functions.
  • Handle all travel logistics for the Lord Mayor
