We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team and embark on an exciting journey of professional growth and development.
The successful candidates will be part of our two-year Graduate programme that will be based predominantly out of our brand-new site at East Midlands Gateway.
Pathways include
Customer Experience & Operations:
In our Customer Experience & Operations pathway youll develop key skills in managing customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence. Youll gain hands-on experience in optimising processes improving service delivery and working on projects that enhance customer satisfaction. Throughout this journey youll be part of a team that strives to exceed customer expectations and streamline global logistics.
2 x 12-month placements
East Midlands Gateway/Nationwide
Sales:
In our Sales pathway you will dive deep into the world of logistics and supply chain solutions helping to drive business growth and build lasting customer relationships. Youll learn how to identify customer needs deliver tailored solutions and close deals that support Maersks ambitious targets. With mentorship from industry experts and hands-on experience youll become an integral part of our global sales team

East Midlands Gateway/Nationwide
Warehouse and Contract Logistics:
In our Warehouse and Contract Logistics pathway you will immerse yourself in the core operations of supply chain management focusing on optimizing storage distribution and contract logistics solutions. Youll gain hands-on experience managing warehouse operations streamlining processes and ensuring seamless integration of logistics services that meet our clients needs. With guidance from industry leaders and real-world challenges youll play a vital role in driving operational excellence and innovation in logistics management.

Qualifications Skills & Attributes:
- Right to work and live in the UK crucial. No Sponsorship is available.
- Recent graduate bachelors degree Minimum 2:2.
- Recently graduated in Logistics & Supply Chain Management Business & Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly Organised strategic thinker.
- Resilient and comfortable with change
- Commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English written and Oral is essential
- General Work Experience Voluntary or Social engagement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Next Steps:

- Once the programme launches we will let you know and invite you to apply
- Once we have received your application and if you meet our minimum criteria you will be asked to complete a Video Interview.
- If successful at this point you will be invited to an Assessment Centre which will be held at our site at East Midlands Gateway (DE74 2BB) these will be taking place in the first week of December. We will provide you with full detail in advance of what to expect on the day.
- The final stage of our process will be an interview with our Leadership team.
- Successful Graduates will be offered positions in January 2026
- Graduate Programme will then commence in September 2026
