Could you be the full-time VIE - Project Performance/PMO in Salzgitter DE were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative dynamic and supportive teammates.
Youll help ensure the quality and on-time delivery of project reports and KPIs to all stakeholders. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management validation teams and site management) maintain and enhance project dashboards and implement continuous improvement processes and much more.
Youll specifically take care of supporting the Project Management team with reporting and KPI maintenance but also contribute to key milestones and the organization of validation campaigns.
Well look to you for:
Preparing weekly/monthly project reports and ensuring consistency across them
Maintaining and enhancing KPI dashboards including PowerBI tools
Leading APSYS/Project Continuous Improvement Plans
Developing and implementing a REX process
Supporting updates of the Project Management Plan and other key project plans
Driving the Development for Quality (DfQ) process and ensuring timely closure of KO/NKO items
Assisting with cost control and analysis for the project
Organizing and monitoring train validation campaigns and retrofit activities
Supporting critical tasks for key project milestones as needed

Bachelors Degree in Engineering Business Administration Technical Diploma or similar
Experience or understanding of project management in an industrial environment (desirable)
Knowledge of KPI dashboards and tools like PowerBI
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and IS&T tools
A willingness to learn new tools and processes
Basic knowledge of German and a willingness to improve your language skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Curiosity problem-solving mindset and a collaborative team spirit
