About the Department

The Commercial GBS is responsible for creating insights to launch a product Market intel Forecasting Multichannel customer engagement planning Global Brand Strategy & Tactics. Comprising of Project Management Brand Management Brand Communications Life cycle Management of a product.

The position

As a Sr. Associate Quality Analyst at Novo Nordisk you will:

• Provide quality assurance reviews throughout the process of developing building and launching email campaigns and related segments automations and cloud pages.

• Offer feedback to all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) on progress and issues.

• Keep track of all ongoing quality assurance processes and checklist that have been defined and responsible for continuous optimization of Quality assurance processes basis the evolving capabilities in the team.

• Perform functional testing of the email (clicking links confirming tracking data etc.) to confirm accuracy.

• Document and communicate inconsistencies back to appropriate resources for correction in the predefined QA template.

• Knowledge of HTML or email coding best practices is a plus.

• Shift Timing 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who can meet the following qualifications:

• . . B.E or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science IT Quality Website Development).

• Industry recognized QA (ISO Six Sigma Lean) and quality management certification.

• 2-3 years of experience performing quality assurance of end to end campaigns on SFMC including segment email build automations and final journey.

• Ability to decipher digital and non-digital assets and understand how components inter-relate.

• Experience working with email platforms and testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and comfortable working with different cultures.
