Contract: Full-time / Permanent

Your Mission
As R&D Manager youll be at the heart of our technical strategy and team development. Youll ensure the consistency of engineering activitiesfrom defining the technical roadmap to delivering high-performance scalable and secure solutions to our internal customers.
Your future responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Guide engineering teams toward high-performance scalable safe and secure systems aligned with EasyMiles resources and goals.
Act as an ambassador of EasyMiles vision and values through clear and inspiring communication.
Strengthen relationships with strategic suppliers and partners.
Team Management
Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
Define team structure roles and responsibilities.
Support individual development through mentoring training plans and regular 1:1s.
Lead recruitment efforts: sourcing screening interviewing.
Conduct performance reviews and set clear goals aligned with company strategy.
Delivery & Execution
Provide structure and resources to enable efficient software delivery.
Coordinate with Product Owners to align on priorities and deliver roadmap features.
Monitor key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Participate in engineering and technical committee meetings to align with internal stakeholders.
Ensure that technical decisions are clearly communicated and understood across teams.
