Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled SAP EWM Consultant to join our team and support the design implementation and support of SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in warehouse processes and solid hands-on experience with SAP EWM (S/4HANA or decentralized EWM). You will work closely with business stakeholders SAP teams and IT to optimize warehouse operations and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support the design configuration and implementation of SAP EWM solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system design.
Customize and configure EWM modules (Inbound Outbound Internal Warehouse Processes RF Framework Yard Management Labor Management etc.).
Integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules (MM SD PP) and external systems (e.g. barcode scanners).
Conduct unit testing integration testing and support UAT with end users.
Provide training documentation and post-go-live support to end users and warehouse operations teams.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and data integrity issues.
Collaborate with SAP BASIS and development teams for enhancements upgrades and support.
Participate in global template rollouts and warehouse implementation projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Logistics or related field.
6 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation or support (embedded in S/4HANA).
In-depth knowledge of warehouse logistics processes and SAP EWM functionality.
Experience in RF device integration warehouse automation and material flow systems is a plus.
Strong understanding of IDocs BAPIs is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP EWM certification.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with global EWM rollouts or greenfield S/4HANA implementations.
Behavioural Competencies :
Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
Ability to plan prioritise and complete your own work whilst remaining a team player
Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies
