Job Title:Occupational Therapist
Band:6
Location:Horsham Sussex
Working Hours:37.5 hours per week

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiasticBand 6 Occupational Therapistto join our NHS client inHorsham Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive team environment delivering high-quality care across community and/or acute settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and deliver tailored interventions to adults with a variety of physical cognitive and functional needs.
- Support patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life through evidence-based rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and person-centred care.
- Contribute to discharge planning reablement and community integration.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in service audits and development.
- Supervise junior staff and students as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in acute or community settings at Band 6 level (or equivalent)
- Strong clinical reasoning communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable for community roles)
