Summary:
The Respiratory assistant provides support for Licensed Respiratory Therapist.
Duties that can be performed by unlicensed personnel.
The Support includes equipment billing cleaning and storage of supplies.
Position Responsibilities:
Cleaning of Dirty Equipment provide supplies to department oxygen rounds on patient floors.
Assign charges of patients for procedures answer phones type department meeting minutes page therapist for emergencies.
Provide Oxygen Tanks to each department. Retrieve empty tanks from each floor.
Empty Mar books on 4th floor and 3rd floor Supply ICU ER PICU NICU with special supplies.
