We are seeking a Cyber Engineer II to work onsite in Colorado Springs Colorado. This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
What You Will Do:
Specific tasks will include but are not limited to:
The Cyber Engineer will perform cyber security system lifecycle tasks including: requirements engineering use case design logical architecture modeling product development integration and test activities.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Must possess IAT Level II certification.
Demonstrated experience in DoD operational computing environments and possess the ability to work as part of an integrated information assurance team tasked with working with various product development teams and third party assessors in order to ensure efficient and effective verification evaluation implementation update and maintenance of the Information System Configuration Compliance baseline using DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) Security Requirements Guides (SRGs) Program Guidance and/or Vendor Guidance; Working knowledge of ACAS ( / Tenable Nessus) Evaluate STIG SCAP or other Cybersecurity scanning tools.
Experience with agile development methodologies
Experience working on an Agile Product team in developing cyber security systems engineering capabilities while adhering to the Program documentation and other Cyber processes
Experience and knowledge of basic software practices such as coding and configuration management
Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. (with SCI eligibility)
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience working with Missile Defense Agency
Previous experience on the C2BMC Program
Experience performing cyber security systems engineering for DoD Information Systems
Familiarity with STIGs NIST standards and security controls
Understanding of Cyber industry/DoD best practices for confidentiality integrity and availability (CIA) of systems

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
