• Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC EMR system to maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and safety guidelines
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Mentor and guide support staff while fostering a positive team environment
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies state regulations and Joint Commission standards

Required Qualifications:

• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification (ACLS PALS NRP as needed)
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
