Retail Assistant
Location: Northampton
Salary from 23879 per Annum pro rata
Part Time 22.5 hours per week

About the Role:
As a Retail Assistant you will fulfil the day-to-day tasks and activities across our on-site cafs providing excellent customer service and product knowledge across the different outlets.
Required skills qualifications and experience:
- Excellent Customer service skills
- A knowledge of retail with demonstrative experience
- Excellent listening communication and people skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to organise self and others
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Good planning skills and ability to work to specified timescales
- Able to work under pressure and manage priorities appropriately
