Job Description

Internship Overview:

As a Project Quality & Documentation Intern you will support our Quality Team to achieve project milestones. Your role will involve compiling Quality Documentation optimizing daily operations and digitalizing Quality KPI reports to drive project prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Leadership:Engage actively in internal meetings contribute to daily operations and help resolve roadblocks related to Quality inspections and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Leaders:Compile organize and maintain data from Document Management Systems. Work closely with Engineering Commissioning Technical Support and Supplier Quality representatives on audits and quality issues.
  • Monitor and Improve:Develop IT solutions to consolidate data from multiple systems creating a single source for Project Quality KPI reporting.
  • Engage with Stakeholders:Participate in project operations meetings contribute to problem discussions and close outstanding actions related to Quality inspections/documentation.
  • Report and Innovate:Maintain and update weekly and monthly Project Quality KPI metrics propose initiatives to enhance processes and provide feedback to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to process performance improvement.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities with project teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a STEM subject

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong understanding of the Renewable and Wind Industry
  • Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies and tools (e.g. Visio Tableau Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with Life Cycle Information Management Revision Control and other Quality-related processes
  • Interest in Software Development
  • Drivers license
