What Youll Do:
As a Parts Counter Specialist youll be the go-to pro for our customers and internal team when it comes to identifying locating and supplying parts for a wide range of equipmentespecially lawn and garden machinery. Your skills and knowledge will be essential in keeping everything running like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the parts sales process with confidencefrom quote to delivery.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
Read and understand parts catalogs to identify accurate components.
Answer phone calls provide pricing and offer expert guidance.
Pull organize and fill orders quickly and accurately.
Track inventory perform weekly bin checks and flag out-of-stock items.
Handle billing for service department requests and process customer payments.
Coordinate orders for shipping delivery or in-store pickup.
What You Bring:
Strong knowledge of lawn & garden equipment and parts is a MUST.
Experience in parts sales preferably automotive or outdoor power equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fast-paced team-oriented work ethic.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to read manuals follow procedures and perform basic calculations with confidence
