Under Direction of the Senior Public Service Administrator (Manager of Operations) performs a variety of complex office support functions; serves as receptionists for the Departments Chicago office; provides non-technical information and assistance in person and by phone; translates documents procedures and other information into Spanish; receives stamps sorts and distributes mail; operates common office machinery; maintains records; completes a variety of work assignments for supervisor.
