This is an exciting face-to-face opportunity where youll identify homes in need of roofing siding or exterior improvements - whether from storm damage or general wear - and help homeowners take the first step with a free inspection.

What Youll Be Doing
Setting Free Inspections
Offer no-obligation roof and exterior inspections
Collect accurate contact info and confirm appointments
On average youll set 10-20 qualified demos per week
Learning While You Earn
Gain confidence in communication lead generation and basic home improvement knowledge
Receive real-time coaching from experienced field leaders
Work closely with our sales team to understand the full customer journey

Compensation
$75 per completed demo (inspection set up)
$250 bonus for 10 demos in a week
Weekly average earnings: $1000 - $2000
