Were seeking a Product Owner to join our growing software team based in CLuj Napoca someone whos not only fluent in translating customer needs into actionable product requirements but is also comfortable diving deep into the complexities of product design and architecture. Youll serve as the crucial interface between R&D and Program Management ensuring that innovation meets execution and customer value remains at the heart of everything we build.

- Act as the voice of the customer while balancing technical constraints and business priorities.
- Work closely with R&D to shape and refine product architecture ensuring scalability performance and usability.
- Translate strategic goals and customer feedback into well-defined epics and user stories.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive timely and quality releases.
- Interface with Program Managers aligning development deliverables with broader business timelines and commitments.
- Participate in customer discussions demos and feedback loops to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose.
- An experience of 10 years of software engineering experience including 23 years in a PO or similar role.
- Background in the Test & Measurement software or data-intensive system domains.
- Proven success in leading agile development teams delivering production-grade software systems.
- Technical writing experience/ability
- Experience interviewing customers to gather requirements
- Prior experience as a test or validation engineer or general experience in the T&M industry
- Experience working with global organizations
