Job Description

Datadog is seeking a Field Marketing Associate Manager to support field marketing events across the EMEA region. This role is pivotal to driving pipeline growth and helps us scale our efforts across the region. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in delivering high-quality B2B event experiences a proven track record of meeting deadlines and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

You will:

  • Work closely with regional Field Marketing leads to deliver field marketing events across the EMEA region - workshops our Datadog Live program 3rd party events customer panels meeting programs virtual events and executive experiences
  • Track measure and communicate program results
  • Project manage our EMEA-wide field programs to ensure on-time on-brand delivery that meets the relevant business objectives
  • Independently manage the on-site event experience for our smaller events
  • Contribute to development and implementation of the field marketing strategy for the EMEA region

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience working in marketing preferably in the B2B technology space
  • Equal parts creative thinker and result-driven - genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer event experiences
  • Outstanding organizational skills ability to follow through and capable of meeting deadlines while balancing multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to work independently maintain strong attention to detail and take calculated risks
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator (verbal and written) in English additional languages (French Italian Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) Google Suite project management and marketing analytics platforms a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
