In this role you will lead key initiatives involving ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365- Operations Finance supply chain) Salesforce customer master data billing and invoicing order management and collections - working across Commercial Finance IT and Customer Service functions.
What else will you be doing as Project Manager (m/f/d)
Program & Project Delivery
Lead end-to-end project planning and execution of Order to Cash improvement initiatives across the CWS Hygiene business.
Manage the implementation or enhancement of systems and processes related to:
Sales order management Customer data (MDM) Credit and invoicing workflows Billing accuracy ERP (D365) integration and process harmonization Customer communications and portals
Coordinate between Commercial Finance Customer Service IT and external vendors to deliver results.
Identify pain points and bottlenecks in the current O2C process and drive root cause resolution
Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate workshops to map current vs. future-state processes
Build strong relationships with regional and functional leads to ensure business alignment
Act as a key contact for IT external consultants and business users across markets
Planning & Governance
Develop detailed project plans risk registers change logs and communications plans
Track progress against KPIs (e.g. DSO billing cycle times order errors)
Manage budgets vendor deliverables and change requests
Process & Change Management
Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials
Ensure change is embedded effectively with local teams through training and communication
Champion adoption of harmonised O2C processes and data practices

Must-Have:
7 years of project management experience ideally in supply chain commercial operations or finance functions
Certification and experience in Waterfall and Hybrid
Experience leading Order to Cash Quote to Cash or Commercial Operations process improvement or system transformation projects
Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
Strong analytical and process mapping skills (e.g. using Visio Lucidchart Miro)
Proven success delivering cross-functional projects on time and within budget
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in German and English
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with e-invoicing customer self-service portals or RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
Understanding of master data governance especially customer and pricing data
Certification in Project Management (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP) or Agile methodologies
Experience working in B2B services or hygiene/manufacturing industries
