Own and scale a core product with huge potential
Were looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of our Insurance product - one of Sambla Groups key growth areas. Youll report directly to the Head of Products and take lead in owning the roadmap strategy and performance with a focus on growing recurring revenue improving retention and building long-term customer relationships through relevant products and digital experiences.
Insurance is already a high-performing product at Sambla Group generating over 200 MSEK in annual revenue and weve just migrated to a new platform to support the next phase of growth. Youll step in at a pivotal moment with a solid foundation in place and a clear mandate to scale innovate and elevate the customer experience. Were now strengthening the team around the product with more capacity in other areas of the company - and this is your opportunity to shape what comes next.
What youll do
Own and lead the insurance roadmap strategy and KPIs
Drive initiatives that increase monthly paying users retention and lifetime value
Build customer journeys that combine strong UX with partner alignment and compliance
Work cross-functionally and help shape team processes that enable efficient delivery
Contribute to Sambla Groups broader product portfolio and expansion strategy
What were looking for
A driven doer with strong product instincts and a hands-on mindset
Someone who thrives in a high-performing fast-moving environment
Data-informed structured and user-focused mindset
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English (Nordic language is a plus)
