About the Role
We are seeking a proactive communicative and tech-savvy Recruiter with 12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced IT recruiters learn from some of the best in the field and gain exposure to fast-paced technical hiring projects.
You will be responsible for sourcing top talent through various channels screening candidates coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for the new joiners.
What Youll Be Doing
Locate and attract specialists using all available sourcing channels.
Continuously explore test and establish new candidate sourcing avenues.Conduct initial CV screenings to assess candidate qualifications.Administer pre-screening questionnaires to gather essential information.Post job vacancies on job portals (IT job platforms mostly) social media (focus on LinkedIn) and internal platforms.Maintain and support our recruitment database by updating templates roles and ensuring accuracy.Schedule interviews across multiple levels coordinating with Tech Lead HMs and candidates.Prepare in-office or online interview logistics ensuring a positive candidate experience.Organize candidate test assignments and follow up on results.Prepare detailed candidate profiles as per Kolomolo standards for internal review ensuring clear organized communication with all stakeholders.Assist with the coordination of onboarding processes for new hires ensuring a smooth handover from recruitment to onboarding.Help prepare onboarding documentation welcome packs and scheduling of first-day activities.Support HR colleagues in monitoring and gathering feedback from new joiners during their initial weeks. What We Are Looking For
12 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition ideally with exposure to technical roles.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Strong ability to multitask prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment.
Fluent in English as we operate across several countries and work with international teams.
Tech-savvy mindset and a genuine interest in IT and modern infrastructure concepts.
A proactive people-focused personality who enjoys engaging with candidates is not afraid to pick up the phone and is eager to learn more about onboarding people experience and HR processes.
