In partnership with the Rehabilitation Hospital our organization is an accredited recognized leader in home health. We deliver industry-leading therapy and nursing expertise and services that exceed national benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area.
This position supports patients in Benton Harbor and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
- Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current drivers license and ability to spend 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets mobile phones and EMR software

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Valid Physical Therapist in Michigan (MI)
- Home Health Care (1 years)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
- At least 20% of your day will be spent driving to/from patient locations. Are you comfortable with this amount of road travel
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) (1 years)
