Location: Thailand
Work Type: Full-time employment contract (compatible with freelance work)
Salary: Approx. $300/month (gross)

Were an international tech company managing a portfolio of 400 mobile apps enjoyed by millions of users around the world. As part of our growth strategy were expanding into Thailand and preparing to open a local entity. For legal and operational purposes were looking to hire our first team member in the country a creative self-driven and detail-oriented designer to join us remotely.
Tasks
About the Role
Youll work remotely using your own equipment with the possibility to attend a coworking space near your location a few days a week well arrange it for you!
Were looking for a junior profile passionate about digital design and frontend development someone who can work independently and deliver high-quality projects with minimal supervision.
What youll do
- Design and prototype UI components using tools like Figma Adobe XD or Sketch
- Develop responsive interfaces using HTML and CSS with some knowledge of JavaScript
- Support our product and content teams by turning concepts into usable visuals
- Optimize designs for mobile performance and fast loading
- Ensure visual consistency and contribute to our design system
Requirements
What were looking for
- Thai nationality (required for legal setup)
- Your own laptop and access to essential software
- Recently graduated or with up to 1 year of experience in digital design
- Good communication in English (B2C1 level)
- Comfortable working independently and handling projects on your own
- Willing to visit a coworking space a few days per week
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Tailwind Bootstrap or similar frameworks
- Some experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- A creative problem-solving mindset and strong eye for detail
