Job Description
- Provide care in a state-of-the-art 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital.
- Support patients recovering from severe injury or illness including stroke brain injury neurological conditions trauma spinal cord injury amputation and orthopedic injury.
- Deliver ongoing specialized treatment and customized intense rehabilitation plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient health function and quality of life.
- Serve patients throughout their recovery journey by implementing comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
- Work per diem on day/night weekend shifts with possible additional shifts available during the week.
