Job Description
- Leadership & Culture: Establish and maintain a positive inclusive and supportive school climate for staff and students.
- Program Development: Guide the ongoing development of our middle school program focusing on effective transitions between elementary middle and high school.
- MTSS & Curriculum: Evolve Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) practices and assure a coordinated rigorous curriculum.
- Pathways Program: Oversee and enhance our innovative Pathways Program.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with families local agencies and the broader community to establish Oxbow as a true Community Schoola hub for academics workplace and project-based learning STEM athletics theater music and the arts.
- Whole Student Approach: Partner with staff and community organizations to support academics social services youth development and community engagement.
