Job Description
This is a hybrid role candidates must be local to Outward Hounds corporate office in Centennial CO.
The Content Creation Editor owns the end-to-end production pipeline for every assetstatic motion and AI-generatedensuring each piece is on brand retailer compliant and optimized for search and shopper conversion.
Work Performed:
This role combines creativity with editorial skills to craft compelling engaging content that drives product descriptions website copy marketing materials and more ensuring content is both informative and persuasive for online shoppers. Works with various formats like text images videos and animations to tell a brand story and encourage conversions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain style guide keyword matrices and ADA/SEO standards.
Plan quarterly photo/video shoots; create or refine visuals with Midjourney DALL-E Adobe Firefly and RunwayML.
Write and iterate prompts build a prompt library and QA outputs with Legal for IP safety.
Retouch color-grade compress and tag assets for rapid retrieval in our DAM/PIM.
Traffic work in Asana manage sprint boards and report weekly progress.
Knowledge Skills Abilities and Other:
Hands-on Adobe Creative Cloud plus proven work with generative AI tools.
The ability to create visually appealing content using images videos and graphics to enhance the overall brand experience.
Working knowledge of DAM/PIM systems SEO fundamentals and accessibility guidelines.
Comfortable collaborating with photographers videographers and furry on-camera talent.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
46 years multimedia editing in ecommerce or agency environments.
Bachelors degree in Communications journalism marketing digital media or similar.

Annual salary range: $65K-$90K DOE
