Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $22.50/hr.
Shift : 1st
Benefits: Medical Dental AD&D
Job Summary
Operate and maintain fabrication equipment (e.g. brake press shear CNC plasma laser table) to produce metal parts within tight tolerances. Ensure quality safety and efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and run metal fabrication machinery
- Measure and inspect parts for accuracy
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Support process-improvements to reduce cycle time
- Follow all safety and PPE protocols
Requirements
- Manufacturing or equipment operation experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Forklift and lift operation experience a plus
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand 95% of the time
- Strong math problem-solving and attention to detail
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
