Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-orientedOffice Helper Internto support our Accounting Office staff during the summer. Thispaid internshipis ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office setting. Flexible scheduling is available but a consistent weekly routine is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist accounting staff with daily administrative tasks (filing data entry document organization etc.)
Support team members with special projects as assigned
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in task completion
Requirements:
Minimum commitment of 12 hours per week
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
