You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Lincoln County Facilities Department is looking to replace a Facilities Technician on their team to assist with performing basic maintenance services assisting with repairs and replacements to County facilities furnishings equipment and grounds including work in the Lincoln County Jail Juvenile Detention with emphasis on Lincoln County Health and Human Services (HHS) Department medical facilities.
JOB FUNCTIONS
May act as the primary contact for all County personnel for any building issues including climate control odors smoke spills damage emergencies and repairs:
Monitor contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
Assist with maintaining building security equipment and immediately responds to building emergencies on a 24-hour basis:
Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments:
Minimum Education Level
High School Diploma / GED
Specifics: plus up to 1 year applied training.
Minimum Experience Level
Two- Three years
Specifics: in commercial government industrial building or physical plant maintenance with vocational and or on the job training in a variety of maintenance fields.
Substitution Note:Any satisfactory equivalent combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties as determined by the County.
Drivers License
Oregon Drivers License required within 30 days of hire.

Desirable Qualifications:
Experience in industrial instrumentation automation low voltage or radio communications.
