Automotive Billing Clerk Full-Time
Location: Bloomington IL Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Process vehicle parts and service billing accurately
Handle deal paperwork reconcile profits verify commissions
Maintain organized billing records and assist with month-end close
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Respond to customer billing inquiries professionally
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Positive professional demeanor
Dealership experience is a plus but not required
