Quality Control:
Implementing and monitoring quality control processes throughout the garment production lifecycle from fabric inspection to final product inspection.
Standard Compliance:
Ensuring that all garments adhere to established quality standards customer specifications and relevant industry regulations.
Process Improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement in quality control procedures and implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Team Leadership:
Guiding and mentoring quality control inspectors and fostering a culture of quality consciousness within the organization.
Collaboration:
Working closely with design production merchandising and other relevant teams to address quality issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintaining records of quality control data generating reports and analyzing trends to identify potential problems and areas for improvement.
Pre-production Activities:
Participating in activities like sample development fabric inspection and initial production runs to identify and resolve potential quality issues before mass production.
Customer Interaction:
Addressing customer feedback related to product quality and ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations.
