The Role;
Due to continuous expansion we are seeking a QA Surveyor to join our Quality Assurance and Documentation division.
Within this role you will be responsible for undertaking a range of quality checks on our completed Home Energy Upgrades projects so strong attention to detail and an awareness of Building regulations is of paramount importance along with compliance with the SEAI requirements. Strong oral and written communication skills are vital for this role.
This roles requires flexibility to travel within Munster predominantly but not exclusively.

Est 2001 we have over 2 decades of experience in the Irish renewable energy market.
Following the successful launch of our Home Energy Upgrade division in 2021 bolstered by over 20 years of experience delivering cost and energy savings to clients nationwide we are delighted to have delivered >15% of the SEAI s One Stop Shop and CEG projects in 2024.
These have been a mixture of shallow renovations and deep retrofit projects with increased targets for 2025.
Key Responsibilities;
Conduct quality assurance surveys on residential properties in accordance with SEAI standards.
Prepare detailed inspection reports and snag lists.
Advise clients and contractors on SEAI requirements and compliance issues.
Communicate effectively with contractors clients and internal teams.
Monitor work quality and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with SEAI regulations and share updates with relevant departments and external partners.
Completing small minor on-site snags.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in surveying construction inspections or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEAI grant schemes and associated energy upgrade works (e.g. wall insulation attic insulation heat pumps solar PV windows doors floor insulation and mechanical ventilation).
- Excellent report-writing and interpersonal skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
