Job Title: Fire Sprinkler Technician


Location: Richmond
Employment Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr (Bi-weekly pay)

About the Role:

Tivoli sWorld Construction & Temp Agency is seeking experienced Fire Sprinkler Technicians to support our commercial and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation service inspection and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install inspect test and maintain fire sprinkler systems

  • Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings

  • Perform layout and pipefitting work using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Identify and resolve system issues or deficiencies

  • Ensure all systems meet code requirements and pass inspections

  • Communicate with project managers GCs and inspectors as needed

  • Accurately document work performed and materials used


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 5 years of fire sprinkler installation or service experience

  • Familiarity with wet dry pre-action and deluge systems

  • Proficiency in cutting threading grooving and welding pipe (steel CPVC)

  • Strong understanding of NFPA 13 and local fire codes

  • High school diploma or GED (required)

  • NICET Level I or II in Sprinkler Layout or Inspection (preferred)

  • OSHA 10 Certification (minimum) OSHA 30 preferred

  • Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
