About the Opportunity

A fast-growing direct-mail printing company is currently seeking Folder and Inserter Machine Operators for both day and night shifts at its Fulton Industrial Blvd facility. No prior print industry experience is required paid hands-on training will be provided.

Position Overview

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating folder and inserter machines to support daily production goals. This role involves physical activity attention to detail and basic mechanical skills making it ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up operate and monitor folder or inserter machines to meet production targets

Conduct routine quality checks and make minor adjustments as needed

Load materials clear jams and perform job changeovers

Maintain a clean and safe work area adhering to all safety protocols

Stand move and lift to 25 lbs throughout 8- to 10-hour shifts

Communicate job status and equipment issues to team leads

Requirements

Qualifications

Ability to read job tickets and follow written instructions in English

Comfortable standing bending and reaching for long periods

Dependable work ethic in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment (manufacturing warehouse or similar preferred)

Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to troubleshoot small equipment issues

Strong attendance record and flexibility to work overtime when needed
