What You ll Work On
Service & repair:
Boilers oil/gas furnaces heat pumps mini-splits RTUs (up to 25 tons)
Troubleshoot electrical & control systems
Handle preventative maintenance and refrigerant recharge
Document work accurately and keep customers happy
You re a Fit If You Have
5 years of hands-on HVAC experience
Experience with older systems (boilers oil steam etc.)
EPA Certification
You re a tech not a salesperson diagnostics first not upsells
