Job Description

Our client a nationally recognized mortgage lender is in search of enthusiastic Mortgage Loan Officers to fortify their sales force. While experience in sales is crucial a background in mortgage loans is not necessary for this role. This position is based on-site in Schaumburg IL not offering remote work.

Their primary offering is Conventional based lending but they also cater to a wide array of products and lead sources including FHA VA Jumbo and non-QM. What theyre looking for:

Theyre seeking not only someone who can deliver excellent customer service throughout all loan officer activities including loan origination document gathering loan structuring and end-to-end process management but also a hungry salesperson whos ready to dig in and get things done.

If you have prior experience in commission-only sales thats a big plus! They want individuals who are self-motivated resilient capable of forging effective relationships and maintaining consistent client follow-up.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Prior experience in commission-based sales (preferred)
Proven record of excellent customer service
Strong communication skills especially in maintaining client updates and follow-ups
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure
