We seek Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in Sports Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant Education And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education And Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Diversity Equity And Inclusion Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) Position; however ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Diversity Equity And Inclusion Category Speakers Provides targeted content and insights tailored to African American Black Experience Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a Diversity Equity & Inclusion Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge real-world experience or motivational storytelling. Delivers value by educating inspiring and energizing event participants. Often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages. Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in Sports Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a Diversity Equity & Inclusion Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge real-world experience or motivational storytelling. Delivers value by educating inspiring and energizing event participants. Often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages. Speakers focused on Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in Sportsspanning inclusive locker room environments gender equity in athletics and race identity and representationoffer critical insights into building more equitable and culturally competent sports communities. With expertise rooted in lived experience institutional knowledge and research-backed strategies these speakers engage audiences through impactful storytelling educational frameworks and actionable guidance. Their work supports athletes coaches and organizations in fostering inclusive team cultures challenging systemic inequities and advancing representation at all levels of sport.
Champions an organizations mission by providing expertise insights or humor that drives thought action and cultural relevance across audiences. Qualifications :

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent practical professional or lived experience in relevant subject area accepted.
Current or previous role aligned with Diversity Equity & Inclusion activities driving qualifications as a Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in Sports Keynote Speaker. Demonstrated subject-matter expertise and public speaking experience; ability to engage diverse audiences with authenticity and impact.
