We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide outstanding service to our clients and customers. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries support requests and post-purchase assistance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented communicative and dedicated to delivering timely effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and internal systems
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Process returns exchanges and follow up on customer complaints or concerns
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs or escalate issues
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to internal processes
Provide product or service information to customers when requested
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in a customer service or support role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
