Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated collaborative Integrity Engineer (7 Years) in our Duluth MN office who wants to work and grow as a team player within our multi-discipline firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic excellent organization attention to detail as well as experience working in a team environment both in the office and field.
This position is not eligible for sponsorship. This position is not remote.
Qualifications :
Responsibilities May Include:
- Supporting integrity management programs for pipelines facility piping tanks and pressure vessels.
- Supporting direct assessment projects including ECDA ICDA and SCCDA.
- Performing indirect inspections on pipelines and facility piping including CIS DCVG ACVG ACCA and DOC.
- Supporting ILI and hydrotest projects.
- Performing cathodic protection and interference field testing troubleshooting and technical investigations for various structures.
- Supporting cathodic protection designs for galvanic and impressed current systems for various structures including design basis calculations drawings specifications bill of materials and engineer cost estimates.
- Supporting designs for alternating current mitigation systems for pipelines.
- Providing construction support including construction administrative and on-site technical oversight during cathodic protection and alternating current mitigation system installations.
- Performing atmospheric corrosion examinations.
- Preparing technical reports including data analysis.
Requirements Include:
- Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- 7 years experience in pipeline integrity direct assessment cathodic protection and AC/DC interference.
- Oil/gas/petrochemical energy and federal market experience preferred.
- Knowledge of API and ASME codes preferred.
- AMPP (formerly NACE) CP2 Technician Certification preferred.
- Ability to travel perform field work and work overtime.
- Valid drivers license with excellent driving record.
- Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) or eligibility to obtain a TWIC.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills.
