Job Description
This is a part-time position for a Leasing Agent at KAPE Property Management in the Los Angeles Area. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for conducting rent comps and surveys marketing vacancies showings (both remote and in-person) processing rental applications etc. Remote work is acceptable for this position.
This is a commission-based job paying $400-$500 per listing
Qualifications :
- Residential Leasing experience
- Strong background in Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Experience with Appfolio property management software is a plus
- Spanish fluency a plus
