Job Description

  • contributing to client projects such as developing crisis simulations that prepare organizations for unexpected events writing strategic communication plans to maintain trust and reputation and conducting in-depth business impact analyses to identify and mitigate risks;
  • working on internal projects that contribute to the growth and development of our services such as writing articles that convey our vision of resilience and developing propositions that meet the needs of our clients;
  • collaborating in a dynamic team where you will be involved in all aspects as a working student and your contribution will have a direct impact;
  • having the opportunity to follow training sessions to develop your advisory skills.

Our strategic resilience approach is built on three critical pillars: safety and security trust and reputation and societal resilience and critical infrastructure. By integrating resilience into strategies organizations can protect operations enhance stakeholder trust and ensure long-term success. You will have the opportunity to contribute to one of these pillars choosing one that aligns with your interests or challenges you on a daily basis. 


Qualifications :

Naturally you are keen to discover and learn new things each day and you always look at topics from different perspectives. But most importantly you dare to be the true you. The one and only you. With your personal strengths view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Working Student Resilience Crisis & Reputation: 

  • a bachelors degree in social sciences communication sciences international relations safety science public administration security and risk management business informatics or another relevant field;
  • preferably some (relevant) work experience for example through internships study projects or a part-time job alongside your studies;
  • you are known for your social and analytical skills proactivity social awareness and quick approach with a clear affinity for resilience and making an impact;
  • you have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English both verbally and in writing;
  • you are preferably available for a minimum of 24 hours per week.
