Job Description
The Programme Managers aim will be to deliver first in class digital campaigns. They will also contribute to continually improving our delivery service - ensuring our programmes are profitable our processes and procedures are efficient and our clients have an outstanding experience working with us.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to the following:
- Project Management: Lead the planning execution and delivery of complex global and UK digital campaigns ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the main contact for clients managing expectations addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement project strategies that align with client goals and industry standards driving innovation and best practices within the agency.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Operations and Client Partnership to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
