Job Description
- Act as the technical lead for designing and architecting solutions based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud
- Develop cross-platform integration concepts to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g. CRM e-commerce analytics platforms)
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable future-proof solution architectures in close collaboration with development teams
- Design data models segmentation strategies and activation logic within Salesforce Data Cloud to enable real-time personalized customer engagement
- Conduct workshops with clients present architectural decisions and provide strategic guidance on leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem effectively
- Mentor and support junior consultants in building their technical and platform knowledge
- Optionally contribute to presales activities by evaluating technical feasibility and supporting proposal development
Qualifications :
- You hold a degree in (business) informatics computer science business administration or a comparable degree
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud combined with practical experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP)
- Deep knowledge of tools such as Journey Builder Automation Studio Contact Builder Data Extensions and API-based integrations
- Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud especially in areas like data modeling identity resolution segmentation consent management and cross-channel activation
- You speak business German and English fluently and convince with your communication and problem-solving skills
- Ideally certified as a Marketing Cloud Consultant Marketing Cloud Developer or Data Cloud Accredited Professional
- Proficient in SQL AMPscript SSJS REST/SOAP APIs and web technologies
- Technical affinity and enthusiasm for new innovative concepts.
