Job Description
Overall Purpose
Support the Head of Global Supply Chain Sustainability and the Group Head of Sustainability in embedding and executing sustainability strategies. Lead initiatives focused on responsible sourcing and supplier engagement across the KOSTAL Group.
Key Responsibilities
Sustainability Program Implementation
Develop and manage supply chain sustainability tools and databases (e.g. EcoVadis).
Maintain and improve data quality by engaging suppliers and ensuring completeness.
Supplier Engagement & Communication
Issue sustainability requirements and updates to suppliers clearly and effectively.
Organize and conduct supplier webinars conferences and individual sustainability meetings.
Build strong relationships with procurement supply chain and sustainability teams.
Risk & Insight Management
Conduct due diligence and assess ESG risks within the supply chain.
Analyze findings identify trends and recommend improvements to sourcing strategies.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track key metrics and provide data for audits reporting and cost-benefit analysis.
Deliver clear data-driven recommendations to enhance supply chain sustainability.
Continuous Learning & Expertise
Stay current with industry best practices and ESG standards.
Develop deep subject matter expertise and technical skills as needed.
Qualifications :
Education:
University degree in Sustainability Economics Business or a related field.
Experience:
5 years of professional experience including 3 years in supply chain sustainability.
Technical Skills:
Strong MS Office proficiency
Experience with supply chain due diligence tools (e.g. EcoVadis)
Languages:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Key Competencies
Passion for ESG and responsible sourcing
Strong strategic and analytical thinking
Practical problem-solving and project management skills
Effective communicator and collaborator across functions
