Job Description

Tches et devoirs

  •  Grer un territoire assign et dmontrer une connaissance approfondie des clients potentiels et des concurrents dans ce domaine
  •  Saisie des donnes en temps opportun dans notre outil de gestion de la relation client
  • tablir des relations avec le client et collaborer avec lquipe rgionale les ressources gographiques et de gestion des connaissances.
  • Crer des solutions valeur ajoute pour les besoins logistiques des clients y compris des schmas de rseau et des solutions de rentabilit.
  • Accompagner la transition des nouveaux comptes
  • Prise en charge du recouvrement des AR (comptes clients)
  • Processus de configuration du crdit propre avec de nouveaux clients bord
  • Assister des sessions de formation et de dveloppement pour continuer dvelopper les comptences de vente et mettre jour les connaissances sur les produits et services dExpeditors.
  • Implication dans des groupes commerciaux locaux selon les directives du DSM
  • Effectuer 50 appels commerciaux chaque mois ou selon les directives de DSM.
  • Effectuer le nombre requis dappels conjoints selon les instructions de DSM.
  • Respecter les budgets individuels requis
  • Avoir un pipeline de ventes diversifi dans tous les secteurs verticaux et un service dexpdition
  • Accepter des missions supplmentaires selon les besoins en rpondant aux besoins de lentreprise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned territory and demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in this area
  • Timely data entry in our Customer Relationship Management tool
  • Build relationships with Customer & collaborate with regional team Geo and Knowledge Management resources
  • Create value-added solutions for customers logistics needs including Network Diagrams & Cost benefit solutions
  • Support the transition of new accounts
  • Support AR (accounts receivable) collection
  • Own Credit setup process with new customers onboard
  • Attend training & development sessions to continue developing selling skills and updating Expeditors Product and Service knowledge
  • Involvement in local trade groups as directed by the DSM
  •  Make 50 sales calls every month or as directed by DSM
  •  Make required number of joint calls as directed by DSM
  •  Meet required individual budgets
  •  Have diversified sales pipeline across verticals & Expeditors service
  •  Take on additional assignments as required supporting company needs

  • Prospection: Maintient un solide programme de gestion des prospects et de prospection qui permet un pipeline de ventes sain. Cela comprend : Effectuer une recherche approfondie sur les clients pour qualifier et valider les bons prospects personnaliser les scripts de dmarchage tlphonique planifier et excuter suffisamment de temps pour les appels froid et planifier de nouvelles runions.
  • Activit dappel: Proactif et organis pour une activit dappel mensuelle continue et productive de sorte que : les appels soient planifis deux semaines lavance le calendrier des appels soit complet pour la semaine suivante les appels termins et les attentes des appels conjoints soient atteints mensuellement.
  • Gestion des pipelines: Maintient un pipeline sain avec la bonne combinaison dopportunits (alignes sur le plan daffaires tactique du district) aux diffrentes tapes du processus de vente dquipe. Est persistant contacter les prospects et les cibles la cadence approprie pour maintenir les opportunits dans le pipeline et rencontre de nouveaux prospects chaque semaine pour assurer le remplissage sain du pipeline de ventes.
  • Clture et revenus: Gre correctement les opportunits afin de clturer deux opportunits mensuelles qui rpondent ou dpassent les attentes de croissance mondiale et rgionale.
  • Comptences commerciales et gestion des appels commerciaux: Navigue avec comptence et confiance dans les opportunits travers chaque tape du processus de vente en utilisant des techniques de vente (lignes de questions exploitation du rseau) et des outils (schmas de rseau flux de processus mtier IISB etc.).

District Sales Executive Job-Specific Performance Expectations

  • Prospecting: Maintains a robust leads management and prospecting program that enables a healthy sales pipeline. This includes: Completing thorough customer research to qualify and validate good prospects customizing cold calling scripts and scheduling and executing adequate time for cold calling and scheduling new meetings.

Is Persistent in contacting prospects and targets at the proper cadence to keep opportunities moving through the pipeline and meets with new prospects weekly to ensure the healthy backfill of the sales pipeline.
  • Closing & Revenue: Manages opportunities properly in order to close two opportunities monthly that meet or exceed global and regional growth expectations.
  • Sales Skills & Sales Call Management: Competently and confidently navigates opportunities through each step of the sales process with the use of sales techniques (lines of questions leveraging the network) and tools (network diagrams business process flows IISBs etc.).
