Job Description
Seeking a Long Term Substitute Teacher for 2025-2026Woodland Community School is a progressive school for children 5-12 years children by placing them at the center of our learning community cultivating their respect for self and others and inspiring an appreciation of the natural or BS required. We require a teacher who is a guide a resource and a facilitator to be an active participant in each students learning must possess:a love of working and playing with childrenexperience teaching literacy and mathematics in a multiage settingkeen observation skillsknowledge of child developmenta reverence for naturean understanding that children are capablea desire to collaborate with a team of dynamic teachersExperience with Project Based Learning Science Based/Systematic Reading Instruction and Compassionate Communication preferred.
